Lead Web Developer

We are looking for a very highly skilled web developer, with extensive, commercial experience in coding HTML, CSS, ASP, Microsoft .Net, Microsoft Access and SQL Server to very high standards and covering all aspects of software engineering and architecture. Knowledge of e-Commerce, Search Engines and Content Management Systems is essential.

This role requires great responsibility for projects, the proactive management of work within projects, gathering requirements and writing technical specifications from briefs for high profile clients.

Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS are a must because our company prides itself on the presentation of its web solutions.

Web Designer

A Web Designer is currently required to join our growing web and multimedia team.

The successful candidate will have proven skills in the following:

» At least 2-4 years experience as a Web Designer in an agency environment

» Produce commercial level design work from a business brief, turning it into ready to go W3C compliant XHTML and CSS

» Create online marketing material including banners, emails, and promotions

» Take responsibility for managing the front end experience

» Able to produce innovative ideas for user interfaces

» Good design skills with knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash

» Bulletproof CSS, HTML and JavaScript skills

» Excellent knowledge of W3C guidelines

» Excellent knowledge of Email Marketing techniques

The successful candidate will also have the following attributes:

» Highly motivated, with the ability to manage and deliver projects to a high level of quality and within agreed timescales

» Drive and the desire to succeed, with the ability to work with limited supervision but also as part of a team

» Good verbal and written communication skills
